Great frame
Fantastic product, easy to setup, great app, clear image and video however I have one gripe with it and that is i am not a fan of the stand, I wish It was easier to adjust the frame to portrait rather than having to adjust the stand to Landscape or Portrait position. I wish the stand would work either way without having to adjust it but that's just me being very fussy hence why this product deserves the 5 stars I've given

Great gift idea and simple to use.
Bought this as a 40th birthday present for a close friend. We pre-loaded photos and it made a great gift. The frame itself is a good size and it was easy to upload photos with the app. The picture quality was good and the price was cheaper than other frames of similar spec. Only downside was the app has a paid for option for other functions such as uploading more pictures in one go. But all in all a great buy. I've since purchased another one for another gift.

High quality
I’m very happy with this product. It’s very easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent. I particularly like the fact that you can programme it to come on and turn off at a convenient time for you.

Best Photo Frame We've Had Yet
This is our 6th photo frame we've owned over the years but this is the best by far. The wireless connection was fairly straight forward but navigating through the menus, although wasn't difficult, it was fiddely because when I was peessing the letters/digits on the touchscreen, the press was ever so slightly misaligned if that makes sense? I.E. I press "b" dead on the letter but it registered "v", the letter next to it. A minor gripe but you get used to it. Once set up and updates were completed (which took about 10 minutes) the only other issue is that it doesn't clearly explain how to add you as the main user. It has a bar code to aid set up and leads you to the app but doesn't explain exactly what you need to do. So, you need to set it up under the "add friend" menu in which case YOU are the friend and insert a code. Strange isnt it? Under the same menu afterwards, you can then add you friends (family) afterwards allowing certain elements of control to that friend, in our case .... using the same code !! The uploading of photos is a doddle via the Frameo app of which you subscribe to or not. The free version, at least so far has done everything we needed it to do. Some users are reporting not being able to upload multiple files/folders at the same time but that is a subscription feature of which we decided we have no need to pay for. So far we have uploaded around 200 photos via wifi and not had any trouble whatsoever. The picture quality is superb and the frame itself has a lovely dark wood effect surround that sits in nicely with our decor. All in all, these digital frames have come a long way over the years and are a far cry from the old way of a wired tethering system or dumping the photos onto a pc, formatting an sd card then transferring them to the card, then inserting the card into the frame only to find that many photos never get shown for whatever reason "yaawwnn". Tiring, time consuming and frustrating. But this frame is great ... lots of features available free without subscription and so far, we are very happy indeed. I'm quite hard to please but I do recommended this frame.

It worked great for Christmas at least!
I purchased this photo frame in early December as a Christmas present for an elderly relative. I chose this frame because of the large internal storage and design of the frame itself. It stood out from the rest of the generic Chinese frames on Amazon.I loaded over a thousand images onto the frame a few days before Christmas through a USB connection with my PC. This frame comes equipped with a USB-C port so everyone should have a compatible cable by now. The OS is a custom image of Android by a company named Frameo, so if you've used another frame with Frameo then you'll know exactly what to expect. If you've not used Frameo, but have used Android, then you should still find it easy enough. Transferring images through USB is exactly the same as you would on Android, albeit it is mighty slow, and it tends to crash the transfer if you send too many at once. You can really feel the low-end specs of this device when interacting with it, but that doesn't interfere with its primary job of displaying photos.I gifted the frame on Christmas day, set it up on a table, and scheduled the frame to switch photos every 2 minutes from 9am to 9pm, between which times the frame would go into sleep mode. My elderly relative was thrilled to bits with it. They spent most of Christmas Day looking at it and talking about the photos. They even said it was the best and most thoughtful gift they've received in years. Three weeks later and they still talk about various photos that have come up, so I was extremely happy with my purchase and was planning on having all their old physical photos and film digitized for next Christmas. So why did I give this frame a 1 star review? Simply because it stopped working, and less than a month later at that. Over the past couple of days it has developed a fault where the screen turns on and off every 5 seconds. Having played around with it, I've found that holding the power button on the back will keep the screen on, which leads me to believe there is some fault between that and the mainboard causing the device to think the button is being pressed.I did reset the frame to factory settings with the hope that it was a software fault, but unfortunately that did not solve anything, so I am certain it is a hardware issue. I would usually open the device up and attempt a fix myself, but since the return window is extended due to Christmas, I'm just going to return the device and look elsewhere. It's a shame because I really liked this frame, but I suppose that's the risk of buying these generic Chinese frames. To sum it up: really nice frame with a sizable internal storage for a good price, but be aware that is might break sooner than you'd like!

Easy to setup and use.
Really good product. Easy and fast to setup. Easy to share photos to the frame using the App. However, you need to subscribe to send more than 10 at once. Adjusting the photos on the frame is also easy. Anti-glare and auto rotate features work well. Love it.
