Great customer service
I bought a four pack of these WiFi plugs. They are easy to set up, and work very well, but one of them stopped working about 2 months after I got them (the other three are fine). I contacted the supplier via Amazon, and they offered either refund or to send replacement. I opted for the replacement, and they immediately sent a replacement for the broken one plus a spare.In my experience, any company can have a problem with a product. What is most important is how they deal with the problem, and they were excellent. It gives confidence when buying to know if problems do arise, they are dealt with swiftly.

Love these smart plugs.I have failing mobility, and these plugs help me control appliances with my voice or my phone, even when I'm not at home, for things like putting my electric blanket on for when I get home to warm myself up, or using with lights as a burglar deterrent. Even have the kettle on one so it can pour me a hot cup of tea for when I get up. A game changer!What's more, these are really easy to set up and literally take just seconds each to do. And compatible with google home.

Easy to set up as soon as I plug it in the smart life app finds them and guides you through the process so simple then they automatically get added as a device in Alexa as I have the smart life app already linked to Alexa. From then on they work just as intended. Box of 4 up and running in less than 5 minutes.
