This chair mat is exactly what i needed! Working from home and places on top of wood flooring, it does really well and adheres to the surface with no sleeping. The fibers do tend to ball up a little as your wheels roll on it and you have to vacuum a few up every month, but no big deal there

It’s very easy to ruin. Like if your feet are rubbing up on the edge a lot, it’s toast.The stickiness, chair roll, and look are all solid. You just have to put it in the right spot and have the right size. My chair wheels don’t mess it up and glide easily over the edges. My feet destroyed it under the desk.
