Been adding this salt to my water and food recently definitely feel like it has made a difference dont feel as dehydrated when adding this to my water daily. I have read this imore healthy for you than normal table salt so we have also been using it to cook with so far so good has a great salt taste. Purchased this bag several months ago still using it dont take much so you get alot of value.

The best sea salt I have ever tasted! 👍The flavor of this brand surpasses any other sea salt I have tried before. If you want a true Celtic sea salt loaded with minerals, it comes from France, Brittany coast. I almost made the mistake of buying a Celtic salt that origin was Pakistan. They state their rich mineral heritage is rigorously tested by a 3rd party. So many minerals in this listed on the package. Make sure you select the grind you want from fine to course. Don't worry about the iodine. Interesting fact: in order to have iodized salt they have to coat it on with dextrose (sugar) so the iodine sticks. If you are iodine deficient, just use an organic liquid drop of iodine.
