Delicious and easy to make!
A blast from my childhood, this delicious soup was very much needed by our household after succumbing to norovirus. As delicious as I remembered, super easy to prepare and great value. Also, this soup makes a great base for any casserole.

Makes a great thickener
I used to be able to buy this soup in the supermarket until it got scarcer and scarcer to find so was really pleased to find them on Amazon. I don't use them as a soup but as a thickener when cooking mince with onions and carrots etc., for say a Cottage Pie because being vegetable it enhances the flavour of the mince and vegetables. Add the soup mix about 10 to 15 minutes before the end of cooking time, a little extra water may be required if too thick.
