Great as always!

Easy to swallow with water. I get legs & feet cramps especially at night. Unfortunately I still get cramps.

These capsules seem to word as stated, night cramps much improved.

Bought these to try and help with night cramps in my legs but unfortunately these did not help me.

I have recently suffered from a cramp while running and wanted to see If this might be addressed by taking magnesium supplements. I ordered these and have been taking them but at a lesser dose than recommended; just one a day. I guess I am being cautious because they are off brand and it's natural to want to view supplements and medication from the internet with a sceptical eye.I can report that I have suffered no ill effects from taking them. I can't really say whether they have helped the cramp or not because too many other factors are at play. The cramps did not return but there may be other reasons for this.The capsules are quite large as shown in my photo, so if you have difficulty swallowing big pills then these may not be for you.

The tablets arrive in a small pouch, which is easy to open. The capsules are a little larger than average but still easy to swallow with a little water. I’ve been using for a week and will probably buy more when this first pack runs out.
