GOOD PRODUCT SENT BACK BECAUSE NO LONGER NEEDED

The chair was a little difficult at first to put together. I watched the video after reading all the instructions which were super tiny to read. My wheels did not screw right into legs I had to use the wrench to thread the screw thru bottom and then was able to wrench it from the top as video showed. Then my screw for the arms were already attached which made it a little easier to assemble. However, I did go in with a socket wrench to tighten the screws securely. I wanted to make sure my mother didn't fall out of the chair lift due to faulty parts.I like the wheels have a locked down, unlock down system, instead of having to kick it up or flip it up with foot or toe.It seems like it would be easy to disassemble. I will be trying that later, See how far I have to disassemble before I can put it in my Jeep and fit the wheelchair and a third passenger in back with this as well.I'll keep it updated.

Perfect for those that do have some strength to sit up on their own. Not suited for stroke patients with limited mobility. Great product idea just could not use it for my dad

We suddenly needed a lift system in our home. We were able to get this one at a fraction of the cost of some I have seen.IF you can wait and spend a little extra money., buy the battery or electric version.We found that the crank was too long of a process and sometimes hit my grandson.So my husband took the handle off and uses a electric drill to raise and lower.The main issue with this one is you need to transport twice for electric wheelchair. You need to manually spread the legs

Purchased this to assist me with getting my mom into my SUV-Kia Sorento. Won't work for the back seat but does work for the front passenger seat. Mom has Alzheimer's and getting her into the vehicle has become impossible without the assistance of this lift. Is sturdy and lifts high enough to get mom over the front seat.

Got the chair on time, but it was missing the backrest which it was very important for my patient 😏

The price was excellent, and the quality was also excellent. Super easy to put together.

Lift arrived a day earlier than estimated. Does exactly as advertised. I got into our car very easily.
