It’s only been a part of the personal health regimen for about a month, so it’s probably too early to give a long-term use review: Most “natural” supplements take about three months to kick in.I will say this: It tastes like licorice. Not the sweet kind you buy in chunks or vines from the candy section of any store, but more like some European licorice I once tasted when it was offered by a Scandanavian exchange student! That might be off-putting to some, but it did not bother me.As far as whether it is working or not? I don’t notice any real difference in energy levels, or at least I didn’t think I did until I forgot to take it with me on a long weekend visit. So I didn’t take it for five days, and I certainly felt energy-depleted. Was it the lack of shilajit? Or was it the grueling schedule of that weekend? Or was it a combination of the two?I’m going to keep using it; I’m also interested in trying the resin form next. If I notice any difference after three months, I will certainly come back and update.
