Just started taking these. So far so good!

I’ve had a sore throat since I started taking this three days ago. Pretty sure it’s the inulin causing an allergic reaction…. Just read an article in Nature about how it can cause an inflammatory response associated with allergy. I’m going to stop taking and see if it gets better.

I had a bad reaction to this product within a week of starting it. Continued for another week then had to stop. Severe bloating, nausea, heartburn and very gassy. Abdominal pain. Amazon will not let me return the product. How would I know in advance if I would have a bad reaction?
