Good quality and money saver
So far so good. The straps seem to be made with good quality. The different anchors make it very functional and versatile. It doesn't have much details on how to use the anchors but pretty much common sense. Very easy to use and money well spent.

A strap system workout that uses your body weight to create the work, also known as resistance, is a great portable workout tool. Please note that many reviews criticize it likely because they’ve never used anything like this system and they need a little instruction.I bought it because I used one in physical therapy. Of course, the one at the physical therapy clinic was a really expensive kind. I was glad that my physical therapist showed me how to do the exercise exercises and how it was very different from using resistance bands that stretch.I have about three weeks of travel coming up and this system is coming with me along with one stretchy resistance tube. I will be able to continue doing my home therapy and then using it for weight-bearing exercise.I am such a fan that I may buy a system for my son. He has a rowing machine and that’s a great workout, but this will allow him to target more specific areas.It’s a great buy for the money. The handles are nicely padded. It doesn’t mark up the door where you hang it and it’s easy to adjust the strapping.I am 100% pleased, pleased.
