I have attached three photographs of my existing serum bottle vs what i have got from Amazon delivered3. In all the images, left is the fake product I got delivered from Amazon vs the orignal product.Be careful when you purchase it.

THE GENTLEMAN SAID ‘HE WILL LOOK IN TO IT AND DECIDE ON WHAT COULD BE DONE!’I THINK ITS TIME TO EXIT AMAZON! :(Wella Reflections Oil serum is one of my favourite. I’m a hairdresser and have been loyally using it for years and recommend it to all my clients but what I got this time was not a serum it was a watery liquid put in a cheap looking bottle without a cap and it’s box.I feel cheated and really sad as I really depend on Amazon to deliver the right product. Unless Wella has downgraded its quality so much or is selling duplicates itself, this is not what this product should feel like!VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞😡
