Bought this for migraines and it made me sick

This ear pressure tool arrived in a sturdy cardboard box nestled in a foam insert, keeping it well protected.It's a simple thing consisting of an inflation/deflation bulb attached to a tube with a silicon ear piece at the end. The idea is that you stick it in your ear to release pressure and ease your headache/migraine.Fortunately I don't suffer from headaches often so have only had the chance to try this a couple of times so far.I find the instructions a little confusing as they seem to require you to insert the deflated bulb into the ear canal, leave it deflated and then pinch it again to remove, which isn't possible.It's quite a strange sensation when it's inserted, as it accentuates inner ear noise, but not unpleasant. The silicon earbud is soft and comfortable and easy to remove.I think this will take a lot more practice and experimentation to position the bulb perfectly in the ear for optimal results.As with all items of this nature it's hard to comment on their efficacy as effects/results will vary from person to person.At £24.99, at time of review, it's quite expensive but, if you're a regular migraine sufferer and this works for you, as a drug free solution to easing headaches it's worth a go.
