I have been using Moringa for about three months now. I have more energy, my mood swings with menopause have lightened some and I am even sleeping through some nights and I have never done that in my life. So I feel much more rested. I have also noticed a lessening of anxiety that menopause has brought on in a big time way. I would recommend anyone give it a try. Especially if over 50.

LOVE THE ENERGY.This energy is not jittery. Although the first dose was a surprise... wasn't expecting to feel like I could do a 3 mile walk! 2nd day was much smoother. Been on Moringa just 10 days. I take in morning. It's STILL great. Now, I do also take Shlajit, a concentrated mineral tar-like substance from Himalayas. Amazon sells it also. I like the liquid, with third party testing. Need the proof its real. Shaljit alone did improve my fatigue & depression, which was likely from needing supplements. Although I could feel i wasn't quite where i should be bcuz mornings were quite difficult. After coming across Moringa, I feel so much more like myself, like pre covid me.At 64, and had covid at least 3x, I think I was no longer able to process vitamins & minerals well. Am more aware, able to follow conversations better, eat less, exercise more, and more readily.That's the key: I don't say, "Oh no. I have to go for a dadgum walk still". Yes I like this product, i only take one a dayI have not lost weightI actually believe I have lost an inch or twoI am sleeping better. No taste to the pills or after taste the capsules are easy to swallow seams like my pain is better, I have only taken them 10 days. Would love them to be lower in price due to being on a fixed income

Love these pills. They help with menopause symptoms and my stomach issues. Does not help with losing weight. Easy to swallow. I recommend to anyone wanting to get away from prescription pills.

I haven't finished half of my bottle however I know its been beneficial so far!

So the first day I took two capsules it made me feel weird and moody, it was too strong. The second day I took one before breakfast with 1 of my gummie pre workout, WOW just WOW. Now I’ve been taking one everyday before breakfast the amount of energy I have is unbelievable! I can’t sit down the first 4-6 hours, even when it’s “waring off” you feel calm relaxed stress free.
