Failure to provide subscription
Update:Support advised to unpair and reconnect the band. After that app recognised Life Subscription for a year and works fine. Overall it's ok, but taking a star off for the process.Original review---------------------------When using the device app doesn't recognize that it should come with 12 months membership and keeps asking to upgrade. Without upgrade you don't get the features. So you will spend a lot of time and effort sorting it out of with support

Subscription is not automatic.
Twelve month membership is not automatically included. Asking for credit card and additional 239 dollars too even activate. Hope to succeed with customer service. Shouldn't be this difficult.

This product created a really bad burn on my skin after using every day as described by the manufacturer anf under normal conditions.
